Ingredients:
Lettuce | 1 cup |
Tomatoes Cherry | 6 tomatoes |
Cucumber | 1 small |
Microgreens | 1 cup |
Feta | 2 tbsp |
Chicken Breast | ½ pc |
Chipotle Mango | to taste |
Boiled Egg | 1 pc |
Balzamic Glaze | 1 tbsp |
Olive Oil | 2 tbsp |
First Prepare chicken. Cut chicken breast into strips and fry until golden, sprinkle chipotle mango spice at the end(or you can use any spice of your preference).
Next prepare all the ingredients. Cut lettuce into strips, cucumbers into cubes, cherry tomatoes in halves. Now combine all the ingredients: first put lettuce at the bottom, then microgreens, then cucumber with tomatoes. Now we can place fried chicken breast and sprinkle with crumbled feta. And last, place two halves of your boiled egg and sprinkle with olive oil and balsamic glaze. Now, enjoy your summer fully nutritious light version of cobb salad:))
