Chicken Harts split in halves to make them flat, place between plastic wrap and tenderize.
In the bowl whisk two eggs. On the plate mix together flour, salt and pepper. Preheat frying pen with oil. Then dip chicken heart in eggs and then roll them in flour mixture. Fry chicken heart cutlets on both sides till golden brown.
